•AVAIL INHOUSE MAKEUP LAB FOR BEST RESULTS.​


•AVAILABILITY IS SUBJECT TO BOOKING.

 

•OFFLINE/ONLINE PAYMENTS ARE BOTH ACCEPTED​​​​

•IN CASE OF CANCELLATION, REFUND WILL BE REFLECTED WITHIN 4-7 WORKING DAYS (REFER CANCELLATION POLICY OF THE SERVICE FOR APPLICABILITY)


•KINDLY AVAIL BRIDAL TREATMENTS 2-3 DAYS BEFORE THE FUNCTION.


•THE PRICES MENTIONED ARE ONLY FOR BRIDAL MAKEOVERS. PARTY MAKEUP, MODELLING MAKEUP SERVICES CAN BE AVAILED SEPERATELY.


•MAKEUP FOR BRIDESMAIDS OR RELATIVES CAN BE AVAILED AT AN EXTRA CHARGE(SUBJECT TO BOOKING).


•A TOTAL OF 2000 INR WILL BE CHARGED FOR MAKEUP BOOKING WHICH CAN BE PAID ONLINE/OFFLINE (REFER CANCELLATION POLICY / REFUND POLICY OF THE SERVICE TO KNOW IF REFUND IS APPLICABLE)

•BOOKING AMOUNT FOR A PARTICULAR SERVICE CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED OR USED FOR ANOTHER SERVICE


•BOOKING A SPECIFIC ARTIST IS SUBJECT TO THEIR AVAILABILITY ON THE SPECIFIC DATE SO KINDLY MENTION WHILE BOOKING AND BOOK IN ADVANCE.


•A TOTAL OF 3.5 HOURS WILL BE REQUIRED FOR A BRIDAL MAKEOVER.


•KINDLY ARRANGE A WELL LIT ROOM IN CASE OF AVAILING THE MAKEOVER FACILITIES OUTSIDE THE IN-HOUSE MAKEUP LAB


•THE REMAINING AMOUNT SHOULD BE PAID TO THE ARTIST AFTER THE MAKEUP OR CAN BE PAID USING GOOGLE PAY/PAYTM/UPI


•KINDLY CONFIRM THE TIME SLOT AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.


•KINDLY CONFIRM THE AVAILABILITY OF BRIDAL ACCESSORIES AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.


•BRIDAL ACCESSORIES CAN BE BOUGHT FROM OUR BRIDAL FANCY STORE OR ANYWHERE ELSE.


•KINDLY MENTION ALL THE REQUIREMENTS AND WISHES AT THE TIME OF BOOKING TO MAKE SURE BEST SERVICE RESULT.


•SPECIAL BRIDAL TREATMENT OFFERS CAN BE AVAILED AT OUT SALON AND SPA FOR OUR BRIDES.


•STANDARD BRIDAL MAKEUP PRACTISES APPLICABLE.

**Terms and Conditions:**

1. **Payment Terms:** All services must be paid for in full at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Payment can be made by cash, credit card, or other approved methods.

2. **Appointment Cancellation:** We understand that circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

3. **Late Arrivals:** We strive to accommodate all of our clients promptly. However, if you arrive late for your appointment, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid delays for other clients.

4. **Refunds and Exchanges:** We want you to be satisfied with your service. If you are not completely happy with your service, please let us know immediately so that we can address any concerns. Refunds or exchanges may be provided at the discretion of salon management.

5. **Gift Certificates:** Gift certificates are available for purchase and are redeemable for salon services only. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. **Safety and Hygiene:** Our salon adheres to strict hygiene and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of our clients and staff. Please notify us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your appointment.

7. **Children Policy:** To maintain a relaxing environment for all of our clients, we kindly request that children not receiving services remain supervised by an adult at all times.

8. **Valuables:** We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings brought into the salon.

9. **Feedback:** Your feedback is important to us as it helps us improve our services. Please feel free to share your thoughts with us at any time.

10. **Reservation of Rights:** We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
